All our Pilates instructors are Chartered Physiotherapists.

This means they have an in-depth knowledge of the muscles and joints of the body along with being able to use Pilates to help with rehabilitation of injuries.  Our classes are open to all adults but we do specialise in Pilates classes for those who have musculo-skeletal injuries.

We have Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced classes.  If you have never done Pilates before, you must start at the Beginner class.  Some people will do a couple of sets of Beginner classes and then progress and we can advise you on this.

If you have never done Pilates classes before and want to join,  we will organise a 1-1 class in the clinic (either Sutton or Ashbourne) and then you either do the rest of the set on Zoom or attend in the clinic

There are six classes in a set for beginners (€90 Zoom/€120 clinic) and eight in a set (€120 Zoom/€160 clinic) for intermediate and advanced classes.  You will need some equipment at home: a mat, cushion or yoga block, a kitchen chair and some stretchy band (€5) and sometimes a soft ball (€15) – we usually have them in stock.  Your instructor will advise you if you need anything else.

Once you have booked, we will send you an email with information about the Pilates class, what to wear etc.  You will receive an email before the set of Zoom class with the Zoom link (meeting I.D. and passcode).

Please give us at least three hours’ notice if you are unable to attend for your class as there is a charge for late cancellations and no shows.

CLASS TIMETABLE

Pilates classes are run in sets (with the exception of Post-Natal Pilates) and the date below each Pilates class indicates when the next set starts.  Other classes can be joined at any time.  At the moment, all our classes are being run on Zoom.  We may be able to have one to four in the clinic depending on the Covid restrictions that are in place at the time.
